Been a long while since I checked in here. Sad to hear of the passing of a number of great members. Good to see a number of familiar names still active.
I recently stumbled across the Ruger SFAR in .308 for sale at $899 over at Brownells. Ive had an ar10 itch lately and the price is dirt cheap for the setup. Not too much in terms of long term reviews online though.
Anyone here have experience with the platform? Any good?

After getting feedback on other forums, I ended up passing on the SFAR. Between gas issues and improper headspacing due to poor QC not worth the headache.
