Absolutely.

If the GOP squanders this slam dunk appointment because of continued stupidity from the left (and no spine from the GOP) there will be no hope moving forward.

Let's be clear: this is the Stalingrad of the war on white, straight, Christian men (and I say this as a non-Christian). The only question is who wins.

Hardly a slam dunk with only 51 Republicans, at least 3 or 4 of them RINOs, and 49 rabid, dedicated Democratic Socialists. The Dems are putting up this fight only because they have a good chance of winning it. The hearings have nothing at all to do with truth, or Kavanaugh's qualifications but only with power over SCOTUS appointments.

Kavanaugh hit the ball out of the park:

".....You have replaced advice and consent with search and destroy.”

And amazingly ol' wishy-washy bipartisan Lindsey Graham is his angriest defender:

"“this is not a job interview. This is hell. . . . To my Republican colleagues, if you vote ‘no,’ you’re legitimizing the most despicable thing I have seen in my time in politics.”

Kavenaugh has an abominable record where the 4th Amendment is concerned, maybe he’ll remember this experience in future cases regarding it when he’s on the SC.

And, even if he is confirmed, it ain't over yet... not by a long shot.

I have heard that, in one way, his confirmation might be bad for the Republicans in that it will definitely fire up the dems to get out the vote. I've also heard the converse as well (i.e. if he is not confirmed, it will fire up the republicans to vote). If he is confirmed, we'd better get out out vote and hope/pray that we keep hold of both houses of Congress.... Otherwise, if the dems get control of the house, they will vote to impeach both justice Kavanaugh and Pres. Trump. If the dems win control of the Senate, we're totally screwed...

Folks, we need to get out and vote, this Nov. We absolutely need to!

We are staring down the barrel of a genuine Communist governor--I mean WAY,WAY beyond anything we have ever had previously. If anybody here is not already super-motivated to vote AND trying to get other like minded people to vote, kill yourself--you are useless.

The short-term politics of Kavanaugh are what they are, and what they are is speculative. But locking down that seat is all that matters.
