that whole exchange makes me think of a trip to the used car dealer.. and the ensuing argument over payments, trade value, and overall vehicle price.. numbers tricks is what it all is. Thank god Paul Ryan is calling that dude out on this stuff! Someone needs to be pointing out the smoke and mirrors in this budget!
