In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

there is an over the shoulder pack at the bottom left of the screen that is a knock off of a maxpedition or something, they sell it for over $100 when Lou's police supply has the same thing for like $ 40...lol

He should fix that. Those gauges might get caught on a fence or something when hes running from the zombies.

Yeah, but they totally ignorant of Zombie weapons.
Hands down the NUMBER ONE worse zombie weapon is the shotgun.
For the most part, zombies do not care about tissue damage, they are dead-it is headshots that count, the more you can do at the farthest distance wins.
There are just three consideration when looking into a zombie weapon:
1. Can you make accurate head shots at a reasonable distance (say 100 yards), as the closer they get the more dangerous they are.
2. How many rounds does your magazine hold, and how quickly can you change mags--as the number one reason for getting eaten by a zombie, is an empty gun ( a lack of ability to make head shots).
3. How many rounds can you comfortably carry--see #2 for reason.

With the above, the shotgun becomes the #1 worse weapon. They must be close, a small mag capacity, difficult to reload, and very limited number of rounds can be carried--compared to other caliber.
Have these guys even SEEN a zombie movie?
The guy in Dawn of the Dead did okay with a bolt action .22. That is enough caliber, but it generally lacks #1 and often #2.
Ideal, the AR-15, only thing that ruins an AR-15, is going to full auto. Spray and pray just uses ammo, and does not produce enough headshots/per round. You are shooting for one shot, one zombie down.

Plus it's even better if you can suppress it, and find large quantities of ammo. .22 and 9mm would be great...quiet and plentiful, though the .22 can bounce most easily off the front of the skull. .223 would be much better ballistically, of course, but much harder to silence.

I'll talk about the show later, but for now:
1) Even a crappy shot like me can do rapid headshots on a 100-yard target with my Sig522 + red dot, supported; probably 75 yards unsupported.
2) It has 25 round mags and the flashhider fits a Coke bottle perfectly (How do I know this? I tripped and the barrel got stuck in a Coke bottle once… pure accident! Imagine what would've happened if some idiot filled the bottle with steel wool + cut up PVC!).
3) You can carry 5,000 rounds of .22 instead of 500 rounds of .223

BTW, would anybody happen to know how much a coke bottle silencer would actually suppress a .22 rifle not firing subsonics? I guess the sound would be reduced, but not sure by how much.

Best wishes,
Daniel

Yeah yeah I know it's illegal, duh. That's why I wouldn't take a bottle and check that myself. But maybe one of the members served overseas or was a LEO and saw homemade silencers in action.

Best wishes,
Daniel

wakkoss can you do rapid headshots with a sig552 at 100 yards? You're definitely not as cool as this tool.

Sig 552's cost a pretty penny...i think you have the airsoft version buddy

Did you see I specified supported and with a red dot? Frankly, it's pretty easy for anyone - adjust a bit for drop and carefully press the trigger.

Now a brain is a smaller target than the head, plus you'd have to hit the forehead or I presume the .22 would glance a lot, so reliably killing zombies at 100 yards with one shot is probably too optimistic - but hey, that's why you carry a lot of rounds. And at shorter ranges should be ridiculously easy.

Best wishes,
Daniel
