Smething big is going on in coral springs! About an hour ago a friend of mine came over and while we were sitting here we could hear helicopters flying over head..so we went out front and saw a chopper with a search light overhead..

Not thinking more then they must be looking for someone...we got in the car to run to the corner store. While leaving the neighborhood. I saw cars from 4 agencies and literally an officer at every corner with either an ar or a shotgun. We even got stopped at a checkpoint ... Just shined a flashlight into the back seat to make sure no one else was with us. This is like nothing I have ever seen before in a police presence and the choppers are still going overhead...this is crazy!

Sounds like someone's on the lam. Did you ask what was going on?

I had the cops over here last night for someone in the motel room below me. 8 cops, 4 cars. One of them had a shotgun. He's probably the smart one. Still, nothing happened.

News finally had an update...murder suspect spotted in the area of sample and university.. That's my corner

CSPD and BSO all over, along with others. Chopper been airborne for over 3 hours... at least the light is off now. Everything's blocked from Royal Palm up to Sample all along Univ.

Oh dear, God. I've got tears in my eyes. That's something like I would do, too. I LOVE a good practical joke if it doesn't get somebody shot, arrested, or banned from FSN.

i just drove threw it after leaving the hospital.. my K9 buddy said they were looking for a guy from PSL wanted for murder

Looks like the murder suspect lived in the complex right next to me... I think they found him dead this morning from self inflicted gunshot wound

I have to agree... But from what I saw.. That manhunt was not cheap... Very impressive to say the least
