I was wondering about this when I read the story yesterday about this guy getting his foot stomped on. To many, it seems so trivial. Not to me. When i was 20 years old in the Army, I broke the first metatarsal directly behind the big toe on my right foot. It was shrugged of as minor by the docs for months until an MRI was done and it was diagnosed properly. It needed surgery, but was too late as it had already "healed" in place. For the last 19 years, I have walked with a limp and experienced constant pain. (VA acknowledged the injury as service related, but that is another story.) This guy could have a serious claim against Gingrich, and it may cost him a lot of money.
Half of my resolutions to problems come with a cold sweat somewhere around 2 am.
