Lots. There have been lots of crimes, from poaching to murder, done with 50 caliber rifles. In fact, there's a pretty good chance that more people have been killed by them than with any other caliber.

Of course, they were all muzzle loaders and it's been a long time since the last incident.

Another deserving target of ridicule from the article is the GAO and its "minority researchers" (what in the hell does that term even mean?). Obviously the Brady bunch saw that number in the government report and wet their pants in excitement, but what kind of moron doing "research" commits such a magnitude of epic failure that Napoleon at Waterloo looks like a devastating win by comparison?

Oh yeah, a government employee. It's crap like this that makes me oh so glad to pay about a fifth of my paycheck in taxes.

Hmmm...first 100 dollar AKs now 30 dollar .50BMGs, damn my gun shop is raping me!
