Palmetto State Arms

I read a couple of old threads on FSN but are they a solid outfit? They have a 16 inch flat top upper with the parts kit for a lower. No lower. I guess that gets around the FET? They had it listed for 485 plus 15 shipping? Sound like a deal?

I have only gotten ammo and small stuff from them, only complaint I have is they take the "72hrs" to ship every time (I have spent close to $700 with them). The specs on their uppers seem pretty good to me, if I was looking for a kit or an upper, I wouldn't have a problem ordering, if that helps.

Last sale I heard they had lowers for $54. Pretty hard to beat. Supposedly they are really good, but no personal experience.

Be careful to NOT order a parts kit and a lower from them in the same order.
They will slap you with the 11% Fed Excise Tax.

Per their website:-
Due to Federal law, if you order an AR15 lower and AR15 parts, we will have to add an additional 11% Federal Excise Tax to the purchase price of the AR15 lower and AR15 parts. This amount will not be reflected in your shopping cart or on your invoice, but will be added when your order is processed.

Just an FYI

I have ordered other AR parts and accessories from them and are GTG [smilie=cheers1.gif]

Have ordered from them several times and have always gotten good service.
