What if the majority of Americans don't understand or care about liberty, are afraid to hold beliefs outside of the "mainstream", are too busy watching football and Idol to see reality?

I hope I'm wrong, but I have come to agree with my father: It's too late.

Please, somebody, anybody, convince me otherwise.
The Second amendment is not about hunting deer or keeping a pistol in your nightstand. It is not about protecting oneself against common criminals. It is about preventing tyranny.

2) Can I vote for this guy?

I'm not sure if Napolitano actually believes what he's saying or if its just a Libertarian act put on for his audience.
When he started on Fox I vividly remember him discussing self defence, home invasions, and the Castle Doctrine and he just couldn't understand how you could shoot an attacker in self defence and not be punished, and didn't know that most states have the castle Doctrine or equivalent. He said the usual practice of the NJ prosecutors and courts was to convict a homeowner of gun charges if they got off on other charges by using self defence!

1. Yes. and 2. No.

It wasnt on the main fox channel though. His show airs on Fox Business.

His show is called Freedom Watch.

Yeah, a lot of people have drawn that conclusion but that doesn't appear to actually be the case.
