That guy that used your ammo was scary!
Each stage he did at least 3 things that any other RO would have DQ'd him and sent him home.
He did get a little better at the end.

Yea there was a lot of people that almost broke it there.
I felt like $hit after I shot that steel cable holding the targets up!
That took up a lot of time to fix. Then on the reshoot I had a bad jam so I had to hit the Texas star to make up for it.

It was fun I would do it again. It is different than USPSA as in head shots and 3 shots on each Target but great practice.

Ya know what? I had fun and nobody got hurt. In the end, that's what matters to me.

I'm not sure about how I scored, but I am greatful that Erik (squad 4) spent a few minutes with me and helped me understand what was expected of me from both a safety aspect and a performance aspect. I got to meet some fine folks, and everyone was great to me. I'm sure some of what your newbie did was the product of nerves. I know mine were pretty tight...first time jitters.

It was a good day.

Good times. Had fun, but I gotta say I thought it could have had a little better layout and originality. I mean, the whole zombie thing is fun and all... but there really wasn't much to it besides headshots only on some. Boooooring. Not to mention there was maybe 4 targets all day that were even remotely close to a no-shoot (zombie meal) target.

Anyway... still had fun. Met some good people. Learned some. And it's pretty safe to say I didn't come in last. =:bye

Videos are taking FOR EVER!!!! to upload. Sorry.

15 or so more to go.

Paul was the name of the guy who was new to shooting. I actually thought he did really well, considering he was pretty much thrown to the wolves there. If you look at the stage where there's a bunch of steel, he hits damn near every one first shot. And that's how he shot most of the day also. Very slow but damn if he wasn't accurate. Yeah, he did some questionable things with the muzzle here and there, but honestly nobody really told him jack squat of what to do/not to do. He was pretty much just winging it. AND... that was the first time he fired that pistol of his. Pretty good if you ask me.

Yes he did do good for his first time he was very accurate.Normally they take the new shooters to the side and tell them the rules. They didn't do it this time. The match seemed like a cluster!

My goal is to not come in last... I pretty much barely accomplished that feat in either of the matches I've attended.

Just go do one... it really is a ton of fun.
