Nothing wrong with that. There is actually a legitimate issue at the core, although I am pretty sure I know how that will be determined. But you never know....

Reports online yesterday that Obama was off the ballot in Georgia, but NOTHING on the news. I would have thought this would be a lead story! Oh, wait, what was I thinking?

The result will be a federal judge issuing an injunction against the challenge for violating the full faith and credit clause of Article IV Section 1 of the Constitution, and US citizenship law. This case simply cannot contuinue without running headlong into the Constitution, the laws of Hawaii and Federal citizenship law.

All this Birther garbage is just a nice red herring for Obama, an easy way for him to portray all his opponents as nuts, as crazy as Orly Taitz.

The administrative law judge in GA shot down the plaintiffs case, referring his decision to the GA Secretary of State with a recommendation that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen and should be on the GA ballot. And he did it after being highly insulted by Obama's attorney refusal to show up with or without Barack in tow.

As i predicted he accepted Hawaii's birth certificate completely, and quoted an Indiana decision saying a natural born citizen was simply a citizen born in US jurisdiction.

I accept the Hawaii birth certificate completely--always have, and mocked the crazed conspiracy theorists when it wasn't exactly popular here. I've also said this was by far the most likely result in this case, ultimately. But until NBC is construed by the Supreme Court--or the Constitution is amended to define it better--it is still not finally resolved. I am 98.9% sure how the USSC would decide it (which is the same way I'd decide it--and anyway I like more choice, not less), but it is not conclusively decided.

At least the monomaniacal types--or some of them--are being logically consistent:

This still doesn't change the fact that Joe Farah is one of the biggest "conservative" douche bags on the planet, but I will give him an "A" for consistency.
