Hi all,

I lived in upstate NY near Saratoga Springs for a long time but being from Florida couldn't wait to get back to warmer winters and no snow/ice. What part of upstate are you from?

We live in Sullivan County, NY. It's a rural area along the Delaware River with camping, rafting, etc.

It's not who you know, but what Upstate County you live in! It's depends on the Judge who issues the licenses.
