Five or six years ago this stuff was common, but since then almost all the surplus you'd find online was the Russian stuff from when the round was first introduced (mid to late 70s). Opinions vary, of course, but many preferred the Bulgarian as an improvement over the Russian, and being 10 to 15 years "younger" (late 80s, early 90s).
