CMP "Scrap" auction

Postby flashooter22 » Thu Sep 08, 2011 11:17 am

ANyone going to participate in the scrap auction going on now? The have crates of stocks, bayonets, scabbards, and drill rifles up for auction. All are being deemed scrap..however looking at the couple pictures it seems there are several items that could be worth it if they were cleaned up a little. I will be within a couple hours of Anniston after the auction ends so I think Im going to try my luck on a couple things. I think the shipping or pickup is what will kill many people, as 1K pounds of bayonets Im sure will be costly to ship.
