cetme spare parts

Postby frigate gunner » Sat Nov 13, 2010 9:58 pm

Could any of you fair ladies and venerable gentlemen give some advice upon what spare parts would be best to keep around for a cetme?? I am new to the cetme, but I have already become fond of them. Also any books about operation, maint., rebuild and repair would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks!!

Hate to redirect you, but this wesite is the cetme holy grail: http://www.militaryfirearm.com/Forum/fo ... y.php?f=23

But to answer your question... rollers, locking piece, firing pin, and most of the trigger housing springs. Oh... and a couple extra stock retaining pins...they seem to lose themselves and sometimes the spring fitting on them wear out.

In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

Some of the HK G3 parts won't fit a Cetme. Here is a company that has a few more parts specifically for the Cetme. https://www.apexgunparts.com/index.php/cPath/23

The G3 locking rollers will fit the Cetme and you can buy them over sized but not much of anything else from the G3 bolt carrier group will fit.
