I'm looking for build specifications for the Russian PBS-5 silencer.

If someone has one, a dummy or whatever, let me know.

In the days of the old west a 6 shooter was as common as cell phones are today and just annoying if they go off in a theater.

If your not back in 3 weeks, we're dividing up your gear. It sucks, but thats the way it works around here.

As I'm looking at the construction of the sections and attempting to imagine the interior configuration, it sorta looks like an updated 'Hushpuppy' design?

internal isn't really anything spectacular though it should work just fine. From my years of collecting internet lore, common belief is that the AK platform doesn't really suppress as well compared to some other rifles. It's good, but not ground breaking or anything. I think that perhaps a slightly updated design on the internals but still maintaining that sexy exterior that we all love may be the way to go. Wouldn't be 100% historically accurate, but I think it can probably be made to perform as well as any other modern centerfire suppressor and definitely look cooler than a RedBull can stuck on the end of your barrel. Going over to talk with a machinist buddy of mine today to get his feedback on it and see how he suggests I approach the exterior. Interior I can figure out.
